<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified culture apparatus that can culture the ova collected from the ovary of domestic animals slaughtered so that the ova may be matured in the vital state, fertilized, generated and transported to the destination. SOLUTION: A portable main vessel A has a tightly sealable lid cover that can dichargeably house a petri dish B that receives premature ovum from the ovary of a domestic animal together with the preserving (culturing) solution. This portable main vessel A is equipped with a valve 6 having a check valve that is connected to a sucking pump for vacuuming the inside of the main vessel A. In addition, carbon dioxide powder or carbon dioxide gas is charged into the vessel main body A to keep the concentration of carbon dioxide at a prescribed level.</p> |
