<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling temp. of resin plasticizing cylinder so as to solve a problem such as the generation of an excessively raised temp. part or the irregularity of temp. distribution. SOLUTION: In a resin molding processing machine equipped with a cylinder 1 having a plurality of heaters 11, 12, 13... provided to the outer peripheral part thereof and the screw 3 provided so as to be rotationally driven within the cylinder 1, when a resin material J is plasticized by rotationally driving the screw 3, a plurality of the heaters 11, 12, 13... are divided into a plurality of heating control zones T1, T2... and the heaters 11, 12, 13... in the respective zones T1, T2... are controlled on the basis of control input such that the deviation value between detection temp. and set temp. becomes zero. The second heater 12 is controlled on the basis of control input obtained by multiplying the control input by variable gain quantity and the excessively raised temp. part Y and the irregularity of temp. distribution easy to generate in the part of the second heater 12 are suppressed.</p> |
