PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish a periphery of a gate in a smooth surface by setting a length of a thick plastic molding under the gate to a gat diameter or below, decelerating a flow from the gate, and delaying solidification of the plastic. SOLUTION: A thickness b of a plastic molding under a gate is set to a gate diameter a or below. For example, if a length of the gate diameter a is set to about 0.8 to 1.5 mm, the thickness b of the gate is set to about 0.5 to 1.0 mm. A speed of a flow of a material resin from the gate is decelerated, and a solidification of the plastic is delayed. As the pattern for setting such a thickness, only a surface of the gate side is recessed, a lower part of the fate is included together with the gate side so that the entirety is recessed, front and rear surfaces of the gate side are recessed toward the respective centers, or further entire thickness is uniform. This, the periphery of the gate can be smoothly finished. |
