PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of use of a service water used as a cleaning water and an industrial water without lowering the quality of the preliminarily grinding and lower the running cost and also reduce the waste liquid amount. SOLUTION: In the middle of recovering a used cleaning water used for the preliminary grinding into a recovery container 14 and circulating the water into a water feeder 16, refuses such as grind wastes accompanied to the used cleaning water are filtered by a filter 24, and a pure water is mixed into the used cleaning water so that the ratio of the used cleaning water is in the range of 50-90%. Thus an excessive portion of the circulated water prepared by mixing the used cleaning water with the pure water can be used in other processes. |
