PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance waterproofness by fixing the end of a waterproof sheet on the four circumferences of an attaching piece or the four circumferences of a sash frame after a sash is attached by using the sash attaching piece and fitting to a waterproof sheet fixing piece or the sash frame to or engaging with them through the waterproof sheet. SOLUTION: A sash attaching piece 4d is fixed on a building frame to attach a sash 4 on an opening part 2, and a waterproof sheet 13 is laid on a wall except for the opening part 2. After the end side part of a waterproof sheet 13 is covered on a cross sectional U-shaped groove provided on the entire side length of the outdoor face side of the sash attaching piece 4d, a waterproof fixing piece being a cross sectional substantiallyπ-shaped rod is put from the outside to be pressed in the groove so as to be fitted and fixed. Thereby the end of the waterproof sheet 13 can be easily fixed on the end side of the sash attaching piece 4d, and a good watertight state can be obtained. Thus, always stable and high reliable waterproof performance can be obtained regardless of worker's execution skill.
