PURPOSE: A breakaway device of a tire is provided to fix and remove a tire simply on repairing or replacing the tire and to enhance workability by simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: On repairing or replacing a wheel, the wheel is put on a rubber plate(15) wherein the rubber plate(15) is useful for preventing damage caused by impact. A push rod(23) descends centering on a first hinge(25) by a user and then a push member(27) follows the push rod(23). In a process of descending the push member(27), the lower edge of the push member(27) is contacted with the outer circumference of a tire. Thus, the tire closely adhered to the wheel is separated from the wheel by compressing the tire.
