发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING COMBUSTION USING TEMPERATURES OF HEATING TAPPED WATER AND HEATING CIRCULATED WATER OF GAS BOILER IN HOT WATER GENERATION
摘要 PURPOSE: A prompt combustion control method is provided to control combustion in hot water generation by sensing the temperature of heating circulated water by using two thermistors in a gas boiler. CONSTITUTION: An operation of a water stream switch is sensed. A three-way valve(36) is set up to a hot water generation. The operation of the three-way valve is confirmed by using a response signal. A microcomputer(MICOM) controlling a system receives the temperature(Tset) set up by a user, the temperature(Tout) of heating tapped water and the temperature(Tin) of heating circulated water. The microcomputer performs an emergent hot water generation if the temperature set up by a user is not read out. A forcible combustion is performed for a certain time(A) according to the opening degree of a proportional valve(53) input by predetermination while a total calory(Q) needed for hot water is calculated. Thereafter, the torques of an exhaust fan is calculated based on the total calory and the exhaust fan is operated. The torques of the exhaust fan is compared with a predetermined torques(Z) for a certain time(B) to decide the operation state of the exhaust fan. Herein, an error is detected. If the exhaust fan is operated normally, the proportional valve is controlled by the torques of the exhaust fan. Thereby, a proportional combustion is maintained.
