PURPOSE: A method for producing organic coating steel sheet baked at low temperature is provided to use mixture of epoxy-ester-acrylic based resin and polyurethane based resin to obtain improved physical properties, and improve low temperature curing property, chemical resistance, solvent resistance, and anti-etching. CONSTITUTION: In the method, one treats a plated steel sheet of zinc and zinc alloy with the mixed solution of epoxy-ester-acrylic based resin and polyurethane based resin, and chromate. The steel sheet can be baked at low temperature, and has good physical properties. The resin solution is based on water-soluble epoxy-ester-acrylic resin and water-dispersible polycarbonate diol polyurethane resin. Blocked isocyanate and aziridine-based curing agents are used. Additives include colloidal silica, coloring agent, alkalic compound for adjusting pH, and the like.
