PURPOSE: A method for outputting a statistical process relating to routes in a full electronic exchange is provided to calculate and output items of an attempt number and a seizure number, per predetermined time and per line, if an operator inputs statistical instructions, so as to make the operator exactly detect statistics. CONSTITUTION: Statistical instructions relating to a separate route are inputted, a statistical data process block(20) analyzes measured target route numbers, measured target items, and measuring periods on the basis of the statistical instructions, and transmits a data collecting request signal to a call data collecting block(31). The call data collecting block(31) collects a trunk number corresponding to the measured target route numbers from a database(32). The call data collecting block collects an attempt number and a seizure number relating to transit calls corresponding to the measured target route numbers from a statistical common library(34). A statistical data processing block(22) transmits a collection data transmitting request signal to the call data collecting block(31), and receives the data of the trunk number, the attempt number, and the seizure number. The statistical data processing block(22) calculates an average attempt number and an average seizure number per predetermined time and per line, to two decimal places on the basis of the data. An output control block(24) outputs the average attempt number and the seizure number to an operator PC(10).
