<p>PURPOSE: A split type condenser for multi gas and liquid is provided to phase-divide refrigerant flowing inside a condenser into gas and liquid primarily inside a header and to secondarily obtain phase division effect by a liquid receiver. CONSTITUTION: A condenser(30) contains a pair of primary and secondary headers(32,34) aligned in parallel and both ends of plural flat tubes(36) are combined to the primary and secondary headers. Between flat tubes adjacent, plural corrugated fins(38) are disposed and baffles(42) are formed in the primary and secondary headers for defining plural refrigerant paths. In addition, the baffles are divided inside of the primary and secondary headers into fours compartments(50,52,54,72,56,58,60,74) respectively. In the secondary header, a liquid receiver(40) is defined. In the primary header, an inlet pipe(64) and an outlet pipe(66) are formed. The refrigerant allowed in flows along refrigerant paths to divide the refrigerant of gas phase and liquid phase primarily in the second header and the condensed refrigerant is stored in the liquid receiver. The refrigerant is let in the refrigerant path of overcooling to be discharged from the condenser.</p> |
