PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to increase the efficiency of discharge by forming a magnetic field in a discharge space. CONSTITUTION: A sustenance electrode(11) is formed on a facing side of a front plate(10). The first dielectric(12) is formed on the front plate(10). A protective layer(14) is formed on a surface of the first dielectric(12). An address electrode(17) is formed on a rear plate(15) in order to select a discharge state of a discharge space. The second dielectric(18) is formed on the rear plate(15) including the address electrode(17). A fluorescent material(20) is formed on inner walls of each barrier rib(19) and a surface of the second dielectric(18). A discharge gas(21) is filled within a unit discharge space. The first magnetic material(13) is formed at an upper portion of the barrier rib(19). The second magnetic material(16) is formed among the rear plate(15), the address electrode(17), and the second dielectric(18).
