HEAT EXCHANGING MEANS ARRANGEMENT FOR KEEPING COMPARTMENT TEMPERATURE IN AL KIMCHI FERMENTATION AND STORAGE APPARATUS

PURPOSE: Provided is to evenly keep the inner temperature of a Kimchi storage room for fermentation and storage by wrapping a heat exchange with a proper area ratio on the outer circumference walls for heat conduction and natural convection. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for Kimchi fermentation and storage comprises: a storage room(12) for storing Kimchi in an upper and a lower parts based on a partition(11) of a main body(10); a machinery room(14) including a variety of machines for aging properly and storing Kimchi with low temperature; a cover(15) on the top of the main body(10) for opening and closing the storage room(12); and a heat switchboard(16) on the outer circumference walls of the storage room(12) for aging with high temperature and storing with low temperature.
