PURPOSE: An automatic angle adjustable flange welder is provided to automatically weld a pipe by up to 3 meters by lifting a working boom in 45 degrees using hydraulic pressure. CONSTITUTION: In the structure of an automatic angle adjustable flange welder, a bottom rotating shaft bracket(13) fixed to a bracket bottom plate(14) is combined with a body rotating shaft bracket(15) through a rotating shaft pin(17). The both rotating shaft bracket is installed in a body(33) and intermediate rollers(42) are installed in the upper portion of the body rotating shaft bracket. Intermediate roller adjusting bolts(41) are formed in both sides of the intermediate rollers to adjust an interval between intermediate rollers. Further, a supporting roller(21) is installed in one side of a roller bracket(11) and a cylinder fixing plate(28) is installed in one side of the bracket bottom plate. A cylinder(43) on the cylinder fixing plate is connected to the guide groove of the body through a rotating angle pin(35). A rear rotating shaft body(34) is installed in one end of the body with the intermediate rollers. In this structure, the flange welder lifts a working boom in 45 degrees and automatically keeps the boom in 45 degrees with hydraulic pressure and then welds a pipe by up to 3 meters.
