PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically heat-processing agricultural and marine products is provided to reduce the processing time by raising the supplied calories. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a housing(2); a cylindrical furnace(4) rotatively supported in the housing(2) and having cylindrical shafts(12,14) on both sides; a motor device(6) for selectively transmitting rotating force and a rotating direction to either shaft; a burner(22) for supplying heat to the furnace(4); and a plurality of spiral screws(24) inside the furnace(4) to guide the input product for processing toward either direction. The housing(2) includes fireproof bricks and insulating materials and the shafts(12,14) are supported by free rollers(26,28). The apparatus includes a temperature controller(30) for controlling the operation of the burner(22) by detecting the internal temperature of the housing(2). The furnace(4) is coated with ceramics.
