摘要 PURPOSE: A low voltage detecting circuit is provided to minimize a voltage difference by adjusting voltage ratio using a plurality of voltage driving circuits and to stabilize the operation of the circuit by increasing the voltage detected by a voltage variation detecting circuit. CONSTITUTION: The low voltage detecting circuit includes the voltage variation detecting circuit(11), and the first through third voltage driving circuits(12,13,14). The voltage variation detecting circuit detects the source voltage when the source voltage decreases below a reference voltage. The first through third voltage driving circuits are coupled between the voltage variation detecting circuit and an output node in series. The first voltage driving circuit is driven by a read enable signal used during the read operation of a flash memory cell and the voltage variation detecting circuit. The second voltage driving circuit is driven by the read enable signal and the first voltage driving circuit. The third voltage driving circuit is coupled so as to be driven by the second voltage driving circuit and outputs a voltage to drive a power reset circuit as an output.
