PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to decrease the working amount by connecting a capillary tube to an entrance in a situation placed on a predetermined point of the outer circumference of a storage container, and to increase a cooling effect without penetrating a guiding hole to an insulating member. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a main body(100), a partition(110), a storage container(120), an insulating member(130) to block heat transmission from outside, a heater(150) to ferment and store kimchi at low temperature, and an evaporator(160). The point for connecting the channel pipe is to put an entrance of the evaporator(160) on a top part of the heater(150). A capillary tube(180) is connected to the entrance of the evaporator(160) for putting the connecting part on the top of the heater(150), and is coated with the insulating coating for preventing the heat transmission to the storage container(120).
