PURPOSE: A transparent OHP film for electronic copy use is provided to attain excellent running quality, copying capacity, heat resistance, transparence, storage ability and durability. CONSTITUTION: The transparent OHP film for electronic copy use is comprised of a biaxially oriented polyester film which is coated by toner contact layer. The toner contact layer comprises an antistatic agent; a polyester resin having the glass transition temperature of 5-30 deg.C and hydroxyl value of 50(mg KOH/gr) or higher; an acryl copolymer having the glass transition temperature of 50-100 deg.C and hydroxyl value of 30(mg KOH/gr) or higher; and isocyanate based resin. Herein, the toner contact layer has a thickness of 0.5-3.0 micrometer.
