PURPOSE: A control device for the mounting of an engine and a transmission and a control method thereof are provided to attenuate noise, peculiar vibration and shift shock by additionally adding a controller for optimally changing the mounting according to the state of the engine and the mounting. CONSTITUTION: A mounting control device for an engine and a transmission comprises a sensor unit(10) outputting an electric signal corresponding to the traveling state of a vehicle; a controller(20) smoothly controlling the mounting of the engine and the transmission according to noise degree during the medium state of the mounting, solidly controlling the mounting according to vibration degree, smoothly controlling the mounting of the transmission according to a speed change state and then outputting a signal to release the medium state; and a driving device(30) leaking air with the signal from the controller and flowing air to a roll solenoid valve. The sensor unit consists of a noise sensor(11), an engine and transmission vibration sensor(13), a gear lever sensor(13) and an air pressure sensor(14). The driving device consists of a solenoid valve and a compressor. Thus, the controller is additionally used to control the mounting according to the state of the engine and the transmission for better riding comport.
