PURPOSE: Provided is to increase a cooling effect by inserting the thermoelectric between a couple of magnets attached to a lower side of a storage and raising the contact strength of thermoelectric. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a first magnet attached to the lower side of the storage; a thermoelectric(200) to transmit the heat generated from the first magnet to the outside; a second magnet attached to the lower side of the storage; a heatproof plate(400) attached to the lower side of the second magnet for radiating the heat conducted to the second magnet; and a fixing device to fix the first and the second magnets for closely attaching and fixing the thermoelectric(200) between the first and the second magnets.
