PURPOSE: A method for transferring a plurality of patterns to the surface of furniture by overlapping pieces of transfer paper is provided to print original patterns of the transfer paper on the furniture, and to get vivid and elaborate colors and patterns. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) applying thermosetting urethane aqueous bond to a front face(1) of furniture; (ii) placing a plurality of pieces of transfer paper(2,2',2",2'") having different shapes on the front face; (iii) arranging different patterns of pieces of transfer paper(3,4) on the paper(2,2',2",2'") on the furniture in order to let some parts of the paper(2,2',2",2'") be overlapped; (iv) heating and compressing the pieces of transfer paper at 60-200deg.C under 4-5bar; and then (v) taking off the pieces of transfer paper in reverse order of arranging the paper.
