PURPOSE: A marking system of a semiconductor device is provided to perform a making process for semiconductor devices with different sizes by forming an inserting hole and a transferring hole for shifting semiconductor devices of various kinds. CONSTITUTION: A marking system comprises a supply portion(10), a marking portion(20), and a discharge portion(30). The supply portion(10) loads or moves a tube(3) inserting a semiconductor device. The marking portion(20) marks the semiconductor device supplied from the supply portion(10). The discharge portion(30) inserts and discharges the marked semiconductor device into an empty tube(3). The supply portion(10) is formed with a couple of loading bar(12), a tube supply block(14), and a supply clamp(40). The marking portion(20) is formed with a guide rail(50), a marking head(60), and a brush(53). The discharge portion(30) is formed with a loading bar, a tube discharge block, a discharge clamp, and a loading case.
