PURPOSE: A method for preparing polyester film is provided to obtain the film having good electronic property, abrasion resistance and scratch resistance by co-extruding polyesters with limited amount and size of particles therein. CONSTITUTION: In the method, the film has construction of at least three layers before extending sheet. The inert micro-particles having at least 6 Mohs hardness are present in the polyester(A) of the outermost layers. In the intermediate layer polyester(B), inert particles or inner deposited particles exist. The polyester film has repetition unit consisting of ethylene terephthalate or ethylene naphtalate. The polyester film obtained by co-extruding polyesters with limited amount and size particles, has good electronic property, abrasion resistance and scratch resistance.
