Valve has tubular housing (2) with two orifices (3, 4) working with rotating closing device (1). This is operated by external handle (6) turning around axle (7) mounted in orifice (8). This forms ring (10) with notches (11) in its periphery. End of locking handle (12) on main handle is fitted into notches and elastic devices fix it in active position and prevent rotation of closing device.
