PURPOSE: Provided is a thermotherapy apparatus capable of voice guidance that stores voice information on operation methods and steps at memory, which helps users to use the apparatus easily by guiding the methods with the recorded voice. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a power source, an external adjusting device part having switches for setting temperature of a floodlight and treating time, a central processing device controlling whole system by input signal from the switches, a voice data memory part storing voice orders, an amplifying circuit part amplifying the stored information on the memory part, a voice signal output device outputting the amplified voice information to a user, a floodlight temperature sensing part sensing the temperature of the floodlight where a plurality of infrared lamps are included and outputting the temperature to the central processing device, an using temperature indicating part expressing the set temperature, a temperature setting step indicating part indicating temperatures of the floodlight into 5 steps, an using time indicating part indicating the set time by the timer switch, and a treating point indicating part including a plurality of light emitting diodes automatically turned on and off successively for contacting the floodlight on a desired part of body in order.
