PURPOSE: A coil stripper device is provided to wind a coil around a winding head and to remove a thin film applied onto a connecting portion of between front ends after winding the coil and to cut the coil. CONSTITUTION: The coil stripper device comprises a fixing block(2) installed at the one side of bed(1), a movable tube(4) being supported at the center portion of the flxing block(2) by means of a bearing(3), and a driving motor(9) installed at a position adjacent to the side of fixing block(2). A pulley(5) is installed at an exposed portion of the movable tube(4). Means(6) for removing the thin film is disposed above the pulley(5) of the movable tube(4) and has a film removing member(7) enclosed by a dust collecting member(8). The coil passing by the means(6) is guided by a guide roller(15). Cutting means(17) is disposed between the guide roller(15) and a winding head(16). A leveler(12) and a coil box(13) are installed at the fixing block(2).
