An assembly of bags (1) functioning in closed circuit and comprising a primary bag (2) for collecting blood, a deleucocyting filter (11) and three secondary collection bags (17, 22, 24), comprises a tube (19) connected to the primary bag (2) through the outlet (6) and a deleucocyting filter (11) for filtering the whole blood or an erythrocyte concentrate. An assembly of bags (1) functioning in closed circuit and comprising a primary bag (2) for collecting blood connected to a deleucocyting filter (11), which is connected to a first secondary collection bags (17) and two other secondary collection bags (22, 24) sequentially connected to (17) via bypass systems, comprises a tube (19) connected to the primary bag (2) through the outlet (6) and a deleucocyting filter (11) for filtering the whole blood or an erythrocyte concentrate. The primary bag (2) comprises also an inlet (3) connected to a blood sampling apparatus (4) and an outlet (5) connected to a tube attached to the filter (11).
