The invention relates to washing and cleaning agent shaped bodies which are characterized by having both a high degree of hardness and thus stability during transport and handling as well as excellent disintegration properties. The inventive shaped bodies can be produced using a known tabletting process in which the premix to be compacted has a temperature of less than 20 DEG C immediately before compaction.
