SPORT BOARD BINDING SYSTEM

A sport board (100) wherein a skiboard (102) (i.e., a runner which rides through water, snow, or another medium) has a binding (110) rotatably mounted thereon. The binding, which receives the user's foot or the user's boot/shoe, allows the user to stand and ride on the skiboard as it travels through the medium. The binding (110) is rotationally biased towards a datum position with respect to the skiboard, with the datum position being the standard riding position at which the binding is to be ordinarily fixed during riding. If the skiboard collides with an object, or strong rotational force is otherwise generated between the binding (110) and skiboard, the binding may rotate with respect to the skiboard, but the binding and skiboard will be biased back into the datum position when the force is relieved.
