<p>An automatic system is provided in which users from their browsers and while on-line, can manipulate site directories and documents by, for example, adding, deleting, moving, and copying. The system engine uses a storage to store information on particular use of a directory and document structure on a server. A user makes a request through the Web browser that is processed using technologies, including, for example, an executable CGI module. In this way, the directory and document structure of a site can be changed. The system is simple to use and does not require extensive computer knowledge, and there is no need for an administrator to manually perform described functions.</p> |
