Propeller has central feeder (22) and blades (26) attached to external peripheral surface (SE) with upstream (Z1) and downstream (Z2) zones. Upstream zone is divergent relatively to propeller's rotation axis directed along air flux flow (F). Upstream zone or adjacent zone is not revolving around rotating axis so that upstream zone and adjacent zone are joined, with no overlapping, along line (L).
