摘要 The invention basically relates to the supply of microenergy for the activation of air oxygen and fuel so that oxidation reaction of the fuel completely occurs without any intermediate products, thereby obtaining the reaction products CO2 and H2O, wherein the actual reaction achieved is CnH2n + 1.5nO2 } nCO2 + nH2O. In order to achieve 99 % efficiency of the reaction, air and fuel are circulated on the outer side of the catalytic cells resulting in a conditioner with microenergy, air oxygen and fuel with the purpose of accomplishing complete combustion reaction. Figures 1 and 2 show the circulation of the air (b) and the fuel (c) through a conditioner called Celda Catalítica 3 (catalytic cell) (a). Example: In an industrial furnace, in which fuel with a viscosity of 350 seconds sayvolt to heat gasoline is burnt, the exhaust gases were measured in the chimney without activating the air or the fuel, the results being shown in the combustion measurement table as measurement without cells . The different values obtained in the measurements with cells are due to the fact that carburation in the furnace was effected with different excess air rates. The results are shown in the combustion measurement table. A test was also carried out in furnaces and boilers of thermoelectric plants with similar results.
