<p>A low cost battery extraction preventing device whereby a battery cannot be extracted while equipment is being operated with a power turned on so as to prevent data from being destroyed, comprising a locking mechanism to lock batteries (21, 31) installed on equipment (20, 30) so that they can be inserted into and extracted from the equipment, a sensor (24) to detect the locking and unlocking conditions of the locking mechanism, and a means to fix the batteries (21, 31) to an equipment main body with electromagnets (26, 36) in conjunction with the sensor (24) at the time of power-on of the equipment (20, 30).</p> |
