<p>The invention concerns a treatment method for fruits and vegetables, comprising steps which consist in: (a) bringing to a temperature of 40 to 60 °C a liquid treating composition comprising, in an aqueous medium, a combination of terpene selected among eugenol, isoeugenol, their acceptable edible salts and their mixtures with one or several compounds selected among tocopherols and polyphenols; (b) applying said treating composition on the fruits and vegetables by immersion or spraying, the immersion, respectively the spraying, being performed for a duration not more than 10 minutes.</p> |
