The present invention relates to a liquid suppository composition comprising diclofenac sodium, poloxamer and at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of polyethylene oxide and polyvinylpyrrolidone, which is characterized in that: (1) a feel of foreign matter or discomfort does not occur, when the composition is rectally administered, (2) administration is easy and after rectal administration, the composition is neither leaked out from the anus nor shifted into the end of large intestine.
