The window or door furniture comprises a bearing piece (13-15) on which an eccentric bolt (3) is mounted. Two lever-arms (1,2) mounted on the bearing-bolt are joined together. The first of the lever arms further from the bearing bolt is movably mounted on a displacement bearing (6). The bearing on the bolt and the bearing on the displacement bearing define a restricted mobility for the second lever arm.
