Method for filling and sealing joints and cracks in buildings comprises introducing an inflatable flexible hose between the joint or crack surfaces with the empty space remaining behind the hose, inflating the hose, introduction of a pipe so that its end enters the space, then filling of the space with a hardenable filler material followed by removing the pipe and hose. Method for filling and sealing joints and cracks in buildings comprises: (a) introduction of an inflatable flexible hose (36) between the joint or crack surfaces (30,32) in such a way that an empty space (38) remains behind the hose; (b) inflation of the hose by means of a pressure medium; (c) introduction of a pipe (42) so that its end enters the space; (d) filling of the space with a hardenable filler material; (e) removal of the pipe and the flexible hose.
