摘要 In a process for the production of polyether-polyol prepolymers by reacting H-functional starters with alkylene oxide (AO) in presence of catalyst at elevated temperature, the reaction is continued until the content of unsaturated compounds is not more than 0.01 meq/g, and the residual AO content does not exceed 5 wt.% (based on prepolymer). A process for the production of polyether-polyol prepolymers by reacting H-functional starting materials (HFS) with alkylene oxide (AO) in presence of anionic or cationic catalysts and optional H-functional co-initiators and/or inert solvent at 60-160 deg C and 0.1-1.0 MPa, in which reaction is continued until the content of unsaturated compounds is not more than 0.01 meq/g, while the content of residual AO during the reaction does not exceed 5 wt.% (in each case based on prepolymer). Independent claims are also included for: (a) A process as described above, followed by further stage(s) of addition reaction with more AO, optionally after adding more HFS; (b) prepolymers obtained by this process; and (c) polyether-polyols obtained by reacting the prepolymers with more AO, optionally after adding more HFS.
