The controller has a housing, and a lever (30) pivotally connected to the housing with a first end connected to the valve, and a second end protruding into the housing. A housing-like frame part (21) is fixed in the housing. An armature (24) slides in a tube (23) mounted in the frame part. A spring (40) connects one end of the armature to the second end of the lever. An electromagnetic device (25,26) actuates the armature inside the tube to actuate the lever via the spring.
