The generator uses a black-white LCD and forms a coloured impression by rapid change of the colour of the background illumination of more than 75 per sec. The LCD indicates the corresp. image content synchronously with basic colour. If a black-white LCD projector is used, a rotary colour disc in the beam path forms the colour impression. The colour disc contains the three basic colours and moves synchronously with the change of corresp. image contents.
