摘要 At a stock inlet for a papermaking or cardboard production machine, the outflow is set by two lips (1) where at least one lip has a plane (I) directly in front of the outflow lip gap saturated by the suspension, which transits into a second suspension-soaked plane (II) of a length (r) along the machine line. The two planes (I,II) form an angle ( alpha ) of 0 deg <= alpha <= 90 deg and a rise (a) where a = r /* sine alpha for the position of the second plane (II) over the first plane (I). The rise (a) has a value between 0 mm and <= 3 mm. The angle ( alpha ) is between 10 deg <= alpha <= 70 deg and preferably 45 deg . The rise (a) of the second plane (II) over the first plane (I) is 0.1 <= alpha <= 3 mm. The second plane (II) transits into a third plane (III) with a length (b) along the machine line. The third plane (III) forms an angle ( psi ) of 0 deg <= psi <= 20 deg with the second plane (II) or 0 deg <= psi <= 30 deg and preferably 10 deg , and the length is 0 <= b <= 500 mm and preferably 0 <= b <= 10 mm. The transit from the second plane (II) to the third plane (III) has a curvature (2) with a radius (R) of at least 2 mm. The curvature (2) is a circular arc or a hyperbola, moving at a tangent into the neighboring plane. At least one lip (1) has a joint or an elastic zone upstream of the outlet to tilt the end of the lip. A number of setting units are at the joint or elastic zone, across the machine width, to align the lip end by sections. Setting units adjust the height between the stock inlet lips by sections across the machine width at the lip insert. The lip insert is fitted upstream at the lip (1), with the setting units at the downstream side to deflect and/or bend the lip along the pulp flow line, with different settings by sections. The lip insert can also be moved along the pulp flow line by sections. The lip planes (I,II,III) are formed by a lip insert across the machine width, with its maximum extension aligned across the machine and the second largest extension aligned along the main flow direction on the machine line.
