摘要 The filter system for a textile machine has a filter chamber (3) which is divided into a main (6) and a reserve (7) filter chamber. A rotating disk shut-off (10,10') is at the air outlet openings (8,8') of the main filter chamber (6), and a shut-off (14) is at the air outlet opening (9) of the reserve filter chamber (7). The shut-offs (10,10',14) are set by drives so that they are in their functional positions before the main filter chamber (6) is opened. The rotary disk shut-off (10,10') at the main filter chamber (6) is operated manually by a lever rod (11), and a setting lever (13) is for the shut-off at the air outlet opening (9) of the reserve filter chamber (7). On setting the lever (11) mechanism for air drawing, the air outlet openings (8,8') of the main filter chamber (6) are closed while, at the same time, the air outlet opening (9) of the reserve filter chamber (7) is opened. The air outlet opening shut-off at the reserve filter chamber (7) is a swing closure flap (14). The main filter chamber (6) has two air outlet openings (8,8') in a vertical array, with associated shut-offs (10,10'), moved together by the lever rod (11). The lever rod (11) has a locking unit to prevent an accidental movement. The setting lever (13), with a boomerang shape, is keyed to the rotary axis (12) of a main filter chamber shut-off (10'). The main filter chamber (6) has a removable cleaning door (18) with a closing mechanism (19) which, on unlocking, releases a shut-off flap (5) into the closed position between the main (6) and reserve (7) filter chambers. An electrical drive can be fitted to operate the two sets of shut-offs (10,10',14), or they can be moved by a pneumatic push piston system, set by an electrically controlled path valve, which also moves the shut-off flap (5) into the closed position between the main (6) and reserve (7) filter chambers. The main filter chamber (6) is linked to the waste disposal system at a spinning machine by a connecting channel. During spinning, the connecting channel is closed by a shrouding, through a pneumatic cylinder, for cleaning a filter element in the main filter chamber (6) and the filter chamber has an underpressure through the spinner waste disposal system. The path valve has a defined control function for the pneumatic piston units.
