The sleeve extends along the sidewall (64) of the pot and around upper and lower corners (66 and 68) of the pot and has flat horizontal upper and lower portions (70 and 72) lying in respective horizontal planes (58 and 62). The sleeve is composed of an air permeable elastic material.
