PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot melt wet type blowing-off process for an irregular shaped refractory material in which a working member does not produce a peeling caused by water vapor explosion from a worked member (a mother material). SOLUTION: Irregular shaped refractory substances mixed for a flowing work stage are forcedly fed by a pump, and water and hardening material are mixed at the extremity end of a discharging nozzle. Thereafter, the material is blown against the worked member with a high pressure air so as to repair the irregular shaped refractories, wherein the surface temperature of the worked member is set to 300 deg.C or more, and the air is blown under a condition in which a hardness of the working member keeps a value of 3 kg/cm2 or less for 30 minutes after blowing operation. |
