PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaning treatment apparatus capable of appropriately corresponding to water to be treated from a high load state to a low load state by a relatively simple equipment to purify water to be treated. SOLUTION: A pretreatment tank 2 packed with a carbonaceous filter material 8 for the separation of a suspended matter and precipitate in water to be treated and the removal of SS and a woody material 9 absorbing and removing an oil and fat component, a vegetation treatment tank 4 vegetating plants 13 for removing nitrogen and phosphorus in water to be treated and a dephosphorizing treatment tank 5 consisting of a phosphorus compd. forming chamber 16 packed with a deposphorizing material 14 containing at least one element among Ca, Fe, Al and Mg and carbon and provided with an electrode 15 so as to pass a current through the dephosphorizing material and a phosphorus compd. removing chamber 19 packed with a phosphorus removing filter material 17 for removing a formed phosphorus compd. are successively provided from an upstream side. |
