PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by eliminating necessity for the embedding of a reinforcing core material and improve durability. SOLUTION: In a tire antiskid device provided with an antiskid implement 1 of net shape or ladder shape, the antiskid implement 1 is constituted of a rubber composition blending a short fiber, fabricated with at least two kinds of polymers forming a sea island structure in a cross section, in at least one kind of rubber selected from natural rubber and synthetic rubber by 5 to 20 pts.wt. relating to 100 pts.wt. of rubber.
