In a secondary-side transport cycle, chill is received by a secondary-side heat exchanger 12 for inside via the primary-side heat exchanger 4 for inside, and a secondary refrigerant flows in the order of the secondary-side heat exchanger 4 for inside, a circulation pump 13, a secondary-side secondary three-way valve 16, and the secondary-side heat exchanger 12 for inside (heat-exchange operation mode between cycles).
