摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic temperature measuring device precisely measuring fluid temperature in a pipe in noncontact. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic temperature measuring device comprises paired ultrasonic wave transducer 15, 16 placed oppositely each other at the external surface of a pipe 10, a generator 18 outputting an electric pulse signal to an ultrasonic wave transducer 15 for transmitting, an A/D converter 21 converting an echo electric signal from an ultrasonic wave transducer for receiving to a digital signal, a computing device 22 computing the converted echo digital signal, a measuring device 26 of distortion quantity of a pipe placed close to the installation position of the transducers 15, 16. The computing device 22 inputs a measuring signal for the distortion quantity of the pipe from the measuring device 26 to compute the echo digital signal by adding calibration for the distortion quantity of the pipe such as thermal expansion of a pipe part, and then enables precise measuring fluid temperature in the pipe 10 with accurate precision in consideration of a temperature distortion error of the pipe 10.
