PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase fixing stability of a spacer to a panel and to improve a sealing effect at a spacer mounted part in the spacer mountable so as to be same in the height as the upper face of the panel. SOLUTION: An inlet side rim 6 of a spacer 2, which is extended above the upper face plate 20 of a panel 16, is pushed into a hole by applying force thereon with the contact face 30 of a mounting fixture 28, the upper edge of the inlet side rim 6 is made same in the height as the upper plate 20 surface of the panel 6. At this time, the peripheral face part of the inlet side rim 6 is deformed to be bulged outward and pushed on the inner peripheral face of the hole of the upper face plate 20, the spacer 2 is firmly fixed in the panel 6. A sealant is coated on the outer peripheral face of the inlet side rim 6 and is pushed outward due to deformation of the inlet side rim 6, the sealant is extended to evenly reach the clearance between the inlet side rim 6 and the hole of the panel 16, an excellent sealing effect is exhibited.
