PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photographed picture which is highly interesting by changing the photographing environment when a user is photographed and the photographed picture is printed and outputted. SOLUTION: The user standing in front of a camera body 11 is photographed by a digital camera positioned inside a photographing window 111, and the photographed picture is displayed on a display 112, and also it is printed by an incorporated printer in accordance with an instruction input from a control panel 114, and a printed picture is ejected from a print ejecting port 113 at this device. Then, photographing is executed by blowing air from the air blowing ports 121 and 131 of air blowing part cases 12 and 13 to the user at the time of photographing the user.
