PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the ground by mixing a combination object of a cement solidifying material, an asphalt aqueous emulsion and chemical fiber with object earth. SOLUTION: A large quantity of water is used as combined water to promote growth of ettringite, borazon reaction of gypsum and lime is promoted, and slag and fly ash are mixed with cement to manufacture a cement solidifying material. An asphalt aqueous emulsion is manufactured from a main material, a dispersing material and water. These cement solidifying material, asphalt aqueous emulsion and vinylon fiber are mixed by test earth and sandy silt by a mixer to thereby provide a ground improvement material by a composition composed of a combination of two kinds to five kinds of main materials composed of a cement solidifying material, an asphalt aqueous emulsion, chemical fiber, organic earth and porous stones to provide the ground and a ground layer excellent in strength characteristics such as compressive strength, shear strength and abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, water-barrier performance, water permeability and vegetation.
